We have offices of all different sizes, to suit your requirements. Our space is perfect for solo workers or groups of 30+!

Not only do you lease an office to call your own, you also get to share in 5 floors of lounges, kitchens, bathrooms (including a new shower) and multiple meeting rooms. Our office space has been compared to Google's! It's professional, clean and tidy with bright colours and an award winning design to provide the very best office space Dunedin offers.

There are no move-in or exit fees. Just pay per month on a 6 month or annual contract. You can also move around the building to another office if you are up or down-sizing.

All services are included in a simple monthly price, with IT support available onsite. You do not need to worry about internet, rubbish removal, cleaning or kitchen and bathroom supplies. Leave that to us :)

24/7 access in a highly secure building with modern swipe technology. All offices have their own heating and cooling, with ventilation throughout the building.

There is a central elevator (also secure with swipe access) as well as stairs.

It's simple and easy, with an amazing community of people you can connect with - or not. It's up to you! We have a broad range of members from introverts to extroverts - and everything in the middle.

We hold weekly gatherings and happy hours for members (we have a liquor licence!), as well as other opportunities for networking.
