Brooksfield's Cottage Revival homes are designed by King Charles' favourite architect, Ben Pentreath.

Why Brooksfield?

You'll experience a sense of airiness and lightness in Brooksfield homes from the high ground floor studs and sun flooding into the homes. Heritage details throughout add to the overall timelessness, with all the warmth, comfort and other benefits of a high quality, modern build.

We sell from the plans but have homes at different stages of construction, so if you're in a hurry to move in we may have the perfect home available for you. When you buy from the plans you have the benefit of locking in a price early, reducing your risk. You will also have the unique ability to customise the finishing details within these homes.

All of our homes are thoughtfully laid out with living areas well positioned to capture the sun and sheltered outdoor living areas with curated planting.
