Gadsby Lodge is a 75 bedroom residential Lodge located at 59 Gadsby Rd. It is set in large park like grounds. The property is 2 stories high and has two wings from the main living quarters. It was originally the nurses quarters for the mental hospital complex.

There are large communal spaces including kitchen, dining room, computer and lounge with a large TV and Sky. All of the bathroom facilities have been recently refurbished there are 10 showers and 13 toilets which is plenty for the number of residents.

We have a double room available now $270 per week for 1 person or $320 for a couple.

The rooms are well maintained and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, draws, chair, 32 inch TV and a fridge freezer.

The rent includes power, water, phone (toll bar), and unlimited Wifi fiber internet access

Smoking outside only and a couple of sheltered areas are available for this.

We are looking for long term tenants. No short stays.

There are about 90 flatmates, with about a quarter female. About three quarters of the current tenants are working and one quarter are on a benefit or pension. The average is 50 something.

If you have lived here in the past, it has new owners and a lot of improvements have been made.
