Description
Fully self-contained Qualmark 4 star rated studio apartment available for rental at Brinkley Resort in Methven from September 28th. The studios have either 2 x single beds or a Queen bed are 18 m 2 with a full laundry attached and are part of the Brinkley Resort complex and managed by a bone fide New Zealand resort management company, so your financial details are secure. Breath-taking views of the Southern Alps from our grounds. The apartments have access to free fibre Wi-Fi, and rental amount includes electricity charges. Full access to all resort facilities is included i.e. spa pools, tennis courts, bocce pit, outdoor BBQ areas, chip and putting greens and reception and tour desk services. A monthly service is provided free of charge. All apartments are fully self-contained including linen, towels, cooking utensils so all you really need is a toothbrush! Rentals are charged in 4-week blocks in advance and a valid credit card must be registered with reception for any damages. A $150 departure clean applies, and employment and previous rental reference are required by all applicants. Maximum rental period 90 days. No smoking is permitted in the apartments, but we are situated on a 2-hectare site with numerous outdoor areas. Please not this is only for 28-day blocks and maximum of 90 days.
