There is no work on the farm as a swap for rent. This is a long term tenancy. Our ideal tenants would be a working couple / family looking for rural living. I feel it is only fair to mention the below details. This is a WORKING farm with animals that can occasionally escape and mow the front lawn, they are big, they moo and can be smelly. In winter there is smelly silage. Once a year fertiliser is spread by plane, there are chemicals used to control weeds which are applied via a spray gun on the side by side, we do not crop farm so there are no spray outs of paddocks. There can be vehicles, big tractors and side by side vehicle movements pass the house through out the day. It is a shared driveway. Still sound like you?
