We would also consider longer term rentals. The house is booked now until the 9th February 2027, then free onwards for 3, 6, 9 to 12 month terms and we would review services if you were to do own power/gas etc and discuss furnishing/grounds maintained like a normal rental.
Currently all services provided as in electricity, gas and wifi and added as extra based on number of guests.
Master bedroom has king size bed with ensuite. Second bedroom has Queen size bed 3rd Bedroom two sets of single bunks. Office off the lounge has a Queen size bed.
Main bathroom has shower and bath, separate toilet.
Open plan living with fireplace, ducted heat pump to living area and all bedrooms.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Cleaning and grounds/lawns can be arrange and build into rental price and we may require cleaner to do cleans while rental to main standards.
