For sure, I'm definitely open to a different generation of new owner, but could you be my first homeowner 3-peat?
When my current family started discussing their dreams of a rural move with each other late last year, I started to get that tingly feeling in my high stud wooden ceilings. Yes, they had been discussing it ever since they bought me, often referring to me as just a steppingstone, but I was never sure of when it would happen. So when they arrived home one night excited because they had a contract in hand for their next move and it needed new owners to make that happen, I almost blew my roof off with excitement. Please don't get me wrong though, I have loved my last 5 and half years and the memories we have created together. From proud first homeowners, to beaming parents of firstly fur babies, then the real deal with two bouncing playful human babies. I've also loved the additions and improvements they made to me to cater to their growing needs, like new kitchen and bathroom fit outs and my now third bedroom with ensuite. It has me feel so proud that I could be the safe haven to their journey, as well as a sense of Deja-vu, as it almost mirror imaged my first homeowners before them. As all us houses know though, our owners will eventually move on at some stage, because a forever home is just something those cheesy agents have come up with. I really am my own forever home when you think it about it properly, so the thought of getting to meet my new family in the upcoming weeks, really does get my pipes flowing. So, what are you waiting for? Come walk through my front door at one of my open homes or call my agent for a private viewing. You will find me tucked down a no exit, family friendly cul-de-sac within walking distance to all Warkworths' amenities.
