Bosch dishwasher and Ariston convection cook top/oven, range hood, and an under-bench wine fridge plus a good space for the fridge/freezer and ample shelving for those recipe books. The skylight bathes the space in natural light creating an inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living boasts seamless indoor-outdoor flow with two sets of French doors leading onto the deck with some sea views, ideal for entertaining with roll up blinds. Two good sized double bedrooms with built in wardrobes provide ample space for storage. Separate toilet, bathroom and laundry area. A spare room out the back for deep freeze, etc.

A new roof was installed two years ago on the house and all new plumbing has been installed throughout the property, along with two gas califonts. All new wiring throughout the kitchen, toilet, bathroom and laundry area. A brand-new electrical circuit board just this month.

There is a stand-alone self-contained games room with a large room, separate toilet, bathroom and kitchenette with a dishwasher and an under-bench F&P fridge. Also, a washing machine in the bathroom. Code of compliance is for a...self-contained games room.

Up the back of the property you will step onto a large decking/bbq area with stunning views out to Whale Island and White Island. A spa pool is also on this decking, but I personally don't like them, so I have never used it. This is included in the sale.... as is.

Over the hill, a 5 minute drive takes you into Whakatane which offers many restaurants/cafes, a cinema, and a large range of shops. Further out of Whakatane is The Hub with the large department stores.

A question that is constantly asked when a vendor is selling is...Why are they selling? This was my holiday home. And has been my home for around eight years. It's going to be heart wrenching to leave but time to move on and head to Bali.
