5 Hengist Street, Norsewood, Tararua, Manawatu / Whanganui

Hengist Street - Named after the legendary Anglo-Saxon/Viking-era Leader! Norsewood - Literally meaning "the wood of the Norse People".

Welcome to 5 Hengist Street, Norsewood! A classic home on a classic Viking named street. Set on a generous 1,055 square metre section, this is a property that's ready for its next chapter.

Built in the late 1940s, this two bedroom home has certainly seen plenty of life and is now looking for someone with the vision to bring it back to its former glory. Yes, it needs work, but for the right buyer, that's where the opportunity begins.

Whether you're a first-home buyer wanting to get your foot on the property ladder, an investor looking for your next project, or someone who loves the challenge of renovating, this home offers plenty of scope to add value. There's a separate garage, plenty of outdoor space, and room to let your imagination run wild.

Located in the historic village of Norsewood, where many of the streets carry Viking names in honour of the Scandinavian settlers who founded the town, this is your chance to become part of that history while creating something special for the future.

The vendor is genuinely motivated to sell and welcomes genuine interest. Buyers with a budget in the mid 1 range are encouraged to view and make their interest known.

So if you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, this could be the project you've been waiting for. I'm Tuma Mullins from Arizto Real Estate, and I look forward to showing you through!
