72 Domain Crescent, Muriwai Beach, Rodney, Auckland

Set amongst quality homes in a quiet, sheltered, and safe cul-de-sac, this is one of the last remaining premium sections at Muriwai Beach. Tucked well away from busy through-roads yet close enough for an easy stroll to the sand and a refreshing dip, Domain Crescent is home to a welcoming community of long- term residents.

Larger than the average at 1,162sqm (more or less), the section offers a very rare level and private building platform with an expansive north-west frontage. From here, sweeping views take in the coastline from Flat Rock to the Kaipara Harbour, along with outlooks across the golf course and surrounding forest.

This premier site naturally lends itself to the high-end architectural home that has been designed (or a cosy surf shack!), providing an idyllic retreat for either permanent living or holidays. A change in direction for the current owners means their dream west coast build (designed by renowned Bossley Architects) is there for the next lucky family to own (they are happy to share the approved Resource Consented plans for the property).

Muriwai Beach is an outdoor playground and a genuinely connected community, with a wide range of activities on offer from garden, art, music, book, and surf clubs to fishing and mountain biking. But if its simply walking your dog along the beach or through the forest, you won't find a better natural environment, just 45 minutes from downtown Auckland.
