Their are 2 at 67 Gormack st in Balclutha , they are great little warm homes and rentals

For some reason the mark on the trademe map is incorrect, this section is at the top of St albans st, please just ring. Basically drive to the kaitangata swimming pool by the children's playground at Victoria park around the corner from the public toilets and then just up that road towards the forest.

If this port in milton is built we think prices will go up alot. Not sure if it will go ahead though, Dunedin council might build one closer to Dunedin an old news link is below
