Located minutes away from Aotea harbour is this long-established 265 hectare (more or less) cattle and sheep grazing property.

The contour runs from river flats to the west to medium and steeper hills with some quality plateau soils as well. It is subdivided into 15 paddocks - post and batten. They have traditionally wintered 45-50 MA cows, with the quality calves being well sought after in the Te Kuiti weaner fairs. They also have wintered 1000-1200 sheep, being a mix of MA ewes and ewe hoggets. Of the 265 hectares, there is approximately 45-50 hectares of virgin bush.

The dwelling is an older three-bedroom double glazed home located on the flats. There is also a sleepout close by, along with a bike shed and chook shed.

Farm buildings consist of a hay shed and implement shed. Note there is no wool shed. Sheep and cattle yards on farm and loading race beside road front.

Water for the house is ex roof and the farm is natural supplied, but the farm has a river running through it so options there as well as several dams.
