Zayd assisted us with design and provided drawings etc for building consent required for new garage and internal renovation project. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable in every aspect. Our project became complicated when we discovered we required approval from 8 local Iwi. Zayd's communication with council & Iwi and his perseverance paid off with us receiving a successful result. We discussed our house extension plans with Zayd Ali and he quickly came up with some concept plans. Further discussions and several changes later he prepared the final set of drawings for obtaining Consent with all necessary inputs.
