Excellent communication throughout repair process, and a very reasonable bill (most other places would charge far more). He also offered economical options - such as a restored second hand battery instead of new. I had my mac back within the same week. r****1 (2321 Wednesday, 4 August 2021Emailled Mark on Sunday, He arrived Monday and with a few taps on the keyboard of my slow running computer Mark had a diagnosis. He took the computer away and returned it on Tuesday with the new hard drive as explained prior. I was given a complete diagnosis and cost before he went ahead with the work. WOW, WAS I IMPRESSED when I sat down and used the computer again. WAAAY FASTER than when new. I couldn't have asked for a more prompt and polite service, I am really pleased. you will be too.

Not wanting to spend that sort of money on an aging PC, I found Mark on Trademe. What a god-send he was! Mark is a good old fashioned skillful and honest tradesman. First he checked my laptop for a blue screen error, tightened the hinge and corrected an issue with the cooling fan. About a year later I sold that laptop and had Mark completely clean it of all data and reset it. Yesterday he fixed my home network settings for 2 laptops, wireless printer, modem/router and other devices. Legend.
