I was looking for someone who could get rid of carpet beetle. Many online seemed to do more house washing than pest control, with few p.c reviews. Finding Bug Lady was such a relief. Helen only does pest control, and is qualified. Easy to talk to, turned up promptly as agreed. Great lady! Being female was def an advantage for me as no suggestive behaviour implied.
