Tim please respond to my emails and arrange to return my money and cost of lost phone.

g*****2 (248 Thursday, 18 April 2013I paid for repair, and handed my galaxy smart phone over to Tim to be repaired on the 3rd of March 2013. After talking at length we arranged for the part to come from China. ETA given: 10 days. 6 weeks later still no phone, no answer to my calls/emails, I believe my details were lost as I had to re supply them and my phone was therefore mixed with other phones and Tim did not know which was mine until I described it. He said it was ready for dispatch on 14th April. Still no tracking number.

However, in order to offer an alternative choice of colour & cheaper price than quoted, parts were sourced internationally. Unfortunately repair timescales for orders requiring internationally sourced parts cannot be guaranteed as suppliers invariably use an unreliable 'snail mail' postal service. Order shipped to the customers new UK address free of charge on the 15th April :)
