The mental health support groups are run each week by Grow approved and experienced volunteers. Referrals or appointments are not required, just turn up or sign in online and introduce yourself. Grow has been around for 65 years and has helped thousands of people reach mental maturity and happiness. There are no fees and donations are accepted. This is a non-judgmental group and you are welcome to observe a few sessions before feeling comfortable and participating. For more information visit the Grow website:
