I tend to have a holistic approach to fitness, I think the only way to get good physical results is by finding peace inside and acceptance of who we are, the way we look and what we can achieve. We have been doing a mix of cardio and toning exercises that she keeps fresh and interesting, so the time flies by. We are particularly impressed with the way Sandrine checks in with us to see how our health, including sleep is. Then she adjusts the program accordingly, so we are left feeling like we've done a workout, but we still have energy to enjoy the day. Plus she challenges us to improve! It's a highlight of the week for us.

Sandrine has understood my limitations and has delivered a nicely paced programme for me that has pushed me to the right level and I have gained strength and stamina. Its also fun doing my workouts with Sandrine and we have a few laughs along the way. I intend to keep going with her. Highly recommended.

She was flexible and able to work in with my shift work. She pushed me enough to inspire me do some exercise in between our sessions and I believe the fitness sessions helped me a lot for my trip. I absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting one to one sessions to improve their fitness.

The training itself was tailored to fit my goal of long distance running and I began to see results very quickly. She made it so easy for me to get going because it was ages (years) since I had done anything and somehow kept me motivated. I loved it especially working outside and not in the stuffy confines of a gym, which has never worked for me in the past. Sandrine put together a programme that allows us to train together. She knows when to push and when to pull back and her sense of humour makes for many laughs along the way. She is fantastic at working to your speed and not the clock making you feel at ease with your ability - or lack of! We strongly recommend Sandrine to anyone wanting to get up off the couch and into life again!

The intensity & endurance is fab, a huge improvement with my fitness :) Sandrines training session caters to all levels, intense to mild depending on your strengh which works really well within the group. Best part of the entire workout is the stretch at the end to losen all the muscles thats worked hard! Highly recommend her training sessions. Thanks fo the supportive environment & motivation :)

Just always there and always accepting of where I was at. Technique-wise, Sandrine was fabulous- good mix of cardio, resistance training, ballet and Pilates strengthening. Not only that, Sandrine was fantastic fun to be around... Great conversations between stretches. Thanks Sandrine!!
