At Uniweld we have 65 years’ experience with exhausts, mufflers and towbars. If you need pipe sections, clamps, flanges, a tweak to expand your pipework, or even a custom built performance exhaust – we can help.

After decades of fabrication on many levels Uniweld has diversified into a custom Design & Fabrication shop, not only building both solid welded, and bolt together truck racks, towbars, and bullbars, but also now working on deck repairs, rope rails , towhooks and a wide variety of fabrication projects. This also includes deck restraints, A-frames and trailer repairs.

In 2015 the Uniweld Group purchased Amega Wire which has bought with it a far more diverse range of engineering skills to offer. Amega Wire manufactures all kinds of wire, tubular, sheet metal, shelving, fire and nursery guard products. We specialise in display merchandise which includes point of sale display stands and metal-display advertising.

In 2017 CJ Williamson changed ownership and is now part of the Uniweld Group in Christchurch. CJ Williamson manufacturing includes everything from basic hand rails, IV poles, ranges of over-bed tables to our widely recognised and used compact Red Indoor Walker and accessories. We have ranges of products for use in Bathroom areas with a range of shower and bath stools and steps, included in this wide range are also Toilet shower chairs, over-toilet frames etc.

Uniweld is open from 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday and from 8am to 12pm Saturday mornings.
