DO NOT USE!!!! I am currently knee deep in Sh*t wading through council compliance issues because Andy cannot be bothered to compete the required paperwork or answer his email or phone to try and rectify the issues. He can cobble together a bathroom but don't bother if you actually want him to project manage anything, this is also the feedback from his previous sub-contractors.

I replied that same day & again the following day Sat 17/6 to say ring back I was busy.He rung back on Sun 18/6 to say he will come over sometime the following week to look at job.He text on Fri 23/6 to ask if I was home, yes, so he came over.He said he would give me a quote by Mon 26/6. Today (Thu 30/6) I have rung, text, emailed him without reply.Something not right here!Glad I found out now!

Did a fantastic job of our bathroom and did extra details above our expectation such as sanding and repainting our bathroom door and finding a person on very short notice to replace glass in a window to make the window look fresh and in keeping with the bathroom. Highly recommended, we put our trust in Andy and his team and they delivered. They turned our dingy 70's separate bathroom and toilet into a spacious modern bathroom. Andy came and replaced our bathroom just before xmas (2015) and having some bad experiences with tradesmen just prior to this, Andy was a breath of fresh air. Leading up to the job, we had lots of questions that Andy always answered with great clarity. The job itself ran like clock work, he told us it would take 2 weeks and it took 2 weeks. He stepped us through the process and told us what to expect each day and always left it tidy. I highly recommend Andy.

Totally unreliable. Don't get me wrong, he might be a goods tradesman but he's definitely not a good communicator. His auction states site view within 24hours of initial contact... I made first contact with Andy four days ago.. and now two excuses later I am still waiting to have my bathroom quoted. Andy has made two appointments with me which he has both failed to show up or give an explanation. I have text and phoned Andy with no answer or reply. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
