Michael was easy to deal with and communicated very well. He undertook what I wanted and the job was done to a good standard. His two young lads were a credit to themselves, as I haven't see young blokes work as hard as they did for a long time, once again well done lads.

Michael and his team truly are a one stop shop. Michael is involved and very responsive. We had whole house exterior painted, roof repaired, toilet and downstairs room renovated. All the little jobs they completed that popped up in the process is too long to list. Michael listens to what you want but will advise you if something is not necessary and pricing is very competitive. My only regret is that I hadn’t discovered them before having the kitchen done. Won’t be using anyone else in future.

Absolutely amazing service at a very reasonable price. We had to demolish and reinstate our business premises as per the conditions of our lease (and we had a 3.6 metre stud height) but it was not a problem to them. They quickly dismantled as requested, neatly stacked all re-usable materials, then re-framed, gibbed, plastered and painted. And after the jumbo-bin was removed they water blasted so eveything left neatly. And only one week from start to finish. This team of guys is amazing.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Michael, Junior and Moses tiled and sealed/siliconed my bathroom. The quality of workmanship was embarrassingly SHODDY, and so bad that we failed council consent on HPS' work. All of the other tradespeople were shocked by HPS' awful service. The damage by Hero Property Services was so bad we had to rip all the walls off and start again. Disputes Tribunal reviewed the case in full and ordered Hero Property Services to pay me $3,752. Still waiting for payment...

I am so impressed by Michael and his team. They are punctual and tidy. I had a urgent job of replacing rotten floorboards and the job had to be done over a weekend, Michael and his team came on time on both days and did a great job with good quality materials. They were so good, even the vinyl installers were impressed by how they managed to match the level of the new floor boards with the old. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys are absolutely incredible. Got them in to just do some stopping and they were so good and cheap they ended up doing pretty much our whole bathroom including tiling. Nothing was a problem and they were quick. They are all I will ever use now. Thanks a lot

He went above and beyond what we asked him to do. Moreover his team installed our new shower enclosure as well when our planned installer didn't arrive. Due to a botched job on our toilet and being left without one for over a month, we needed to find someone to fix it. We contacted several tilers and Michael responded quickly, was professional, friendly and very efficient. Michael and his team completed the job to a very high standard with no disruption to my family. They work really fast and very neatly. So lucky to have found them, we now have a guest toilet we are proud of!

I needed some work done urgently and Michael and the team stepped in and did a fantastic job for us, even though he was out of the country during the job he kept in touch and the team carried on and finished the job in time to a very good standard.
