Sam, has been our in-house plumber since the last 14 years. Extremely reliable, friendly, and honest.He is very thorough in his job and knows what he is doing. We also had our entire toilet and bathroom renovated by him and he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone who would want to use his services.

I got 2 works done by Sam Singh last week; one at at my residence and other at my rental property. There were water leak on the main pipes on both the cases. To complete the first job he had to dig and remove pavement blocks and for the other job he had to cut concrete. He completed both the jobs very efficiently and precisely. His trade skills and approach are much appreciable ! His charges were very reasonable too ! S M

Cost you less fixed a problem I had with my drain and sewage. I found them very helpful in explaining the problem and I really appreciated them fitting me in when a job was cancelled. Joachim took the time to explain to me what the solution was after an initial inspection, then came with all the parts did the job, and cleaned up. I was happy with the helpful and efficient service.
