Booked Terry based on the reviews here and boy, was I not disappointed. All the things you hope for in a tradie: prompt to return calls, helpful as we worked out what the issue was, punctual, very knowledgeable with diagnosis of my hot water tank issue, problems with valves up at the meter, etc. He even had to dig out and replace flooring under the new tank, adding nogs to support the floor etc. All the latest and certified setup. And best of all, amazing value + super friendly. 5/5 stars!
