I was looking for a gas fitter who could provide reliable service and competitive pricing for an electric to gas hot water and cooking conversion. Matt attended my property to provide a quote and after seeking three quotes in total, I chose Matt to complete the work. Matt was efficient, and provided good quality workmanship. Called Matt from Farrell Plumbing last week regarding my hot water cylinder he diagnosed the problem and brought a new cylinder out with him just in case and fitted it straight away this probably sounds like service thats to good to be true but I have used Matts service in the past as you can see in prior comments and I am delighted to give him this further review. Matt was awesome. Our old hot water system failed so we got Matt to install an infinity. He was there when he said he would be, did a great job, and left everything clean and tidy. He also fixed an illegal lpg gas pipe that the previous owner had put in and installed a new bath mixer and hand shower. He knew we had no hot water so he juggled his other work and came after hours to get the job done. Best experience we’ve had with a tradesman. We’ll definitely be recommending him to our friends.

Found Matt to be fantastic, very punctual and on time, he organised everyone including the sparkys who were very good and obliging. The system installed was a VT26 and its the best pressure I have ever known beats the best hotels I have stayed in. I would highly recommend him for any one on and off trademe without question. Prompt, informative, friendly. We had a water leak from the mains valve and rang for a plumber. He was friendly on the phone and told us he would be there in 30 min. He arrived at the time he stated and we showed him the problem. He told us that the council would fix this and even gave us pointers on how to get the council to fix the problem faster. He didn't charge for his time and was really friendly. I highly recommend this guy. We have found a new plumber for all our future work. A+

Matt has just installed a new wood burner for us we have used his services before and are impressed again with his excellent workmanship and industry knowledge. Matt installled an i-Heat central heating unit in our home, a first for him and this new technology. We are very happy with the result,our house is lovely and warm with very little(usually unnoticable) noise. Matt provided fast and friendly service with neat results. Brilliant service through the whole process of installing my wood burner. I couldn't decide where to place the fire in my house, both for aesthetics and to maximise heat. Matt guided me through the whole thing with expert knowledge, and practical help. He installed at late notice, and organised a council sign off so we had heat for a long weekend. I have recommended him to my parents who are in their 70s. Exceptional Service.
