I have use Regency 3 times so far, installing gas hot water system, fixing leaked pipe, repairing gas heater. I am very happy with their services. They turned up on time, and get jobs done quick and up to standards. The price they charged is reasonable as well.

We have previously been very pleased with Regency Plumbing for repair and maintenance work, so we engaged them to design and project manage renovation of two bathrooms to be installed while we were overseas. We trusted them to get it 100% right and they did! We are now asking them to manage and schedule our kitchen replacement to occur during our next period of away.

I chose Regency because I wanted someone to attend on time, to do a good job and not to make a mess. They did all of the above, as advertised, and were friendly and helpful as well as being efficient. We shall use them again.

Why has it taken you 3 whole months to reply to my bad experience?? FYI, I asked for the $20 discount the very first day I booked the job, thank you very much, check with your receptionist, but I expect she'll be covering her tush... As I said, poor performance, poor communication, customer left in the lurch and you didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that you'd done nothing! There's only one word I can say, given I've almost run out of characters is STINK JOB .And STINK JOB again.

Sent RP to city apartment to fix leak. Job needed parts & liaison with building manager to turn off water. RP said leak not my problem, but a body corp responsibility. Asked for this in writing, didn't get it. Gave OK to RP to proceed, gave BM's details. Went to Auck 11 days later. STILL LEAKING! RP couldn't get a guy there for 3 more days so got another plumber. I'm out $270, nothing to show for it! Also didn't honour the $20 discount promised if you mention the YP ad.

He was extremely courteous and very helpful in explaining what the issue(s) were that we were experiencing. HOPELESS.... I had Regency 'plumbers' install a brand new hot water cylinder in my rental. Short story - it leaked twice after ongoing work and flooded my three story house top to bottom, twice. I am now $5,000 out of pocket for my insurance excess because Regency say it is not their fault and refuse to pay out of their insurance. See you at the Disputes Tribunal Regan. Hang your head and your "100% satisfaction guarantee" in shame.
