I have chosen to go with Johan for roof repairs work due to good reviews and Roof Smart warrant their workmanships of the work. I accepted the quote to replace a new ridge flashing, all roof screws and chemical treatment for moss and lichen. Johan has responded promptly to the job, all done nicely within a week time. So glad to find them, very professional advice given too. Will definitely recommend Roof Smart to friends and family.

I phoned Johan for a quote for my leaking parapets & roof, he sent 2 of his guys out in Dec to quote, he sent thru, I accepted his quote. Johan came out said the parapets were a bit bigger than he thought, he would contact his supplier would take 3 weeks to make the flashings, contacted him 3 times by ph never got back to me. At least have the decency to let me know the prob, you have lead me along all summer, with winter coming have left me in a terrible place, disgraceful human NOT recommended

After contacting them on numerous occasions, they indicated they would look at the job the following day, this obviously never happened and when I contacted them they said they would look the next day. I have not heard from them since, even though I did text them to see how they got on. a waste of time, pathetic

Johan, completely repainted my tiled roof, repainted the entire roof, and renewed old guttering. i had 3other quotes , and was told it was a diifucltu job re my guttering, but Johan, did an amazing job got the flow pitch right. wonderful to deal with , and nothing is too much problem very competitively priced also.
