The Standard Insurance Company of NZ started up in Dunedin in 1874 and traded until the 1960's when it was placed in liquidation.

This is an original sign which I believe would date around the 1930's. It is in very good condition with a stunning aged patina and a rare chance to obtain a genuine piece of NZ history.

As you would expect the sign has wear, rust and a few dents but displays superbly.

A heavy gauge steel measuring 46 x 31cms.

Pick up is in Wigram.
