• We take every care when packaging our parcels, however, you MUST inspect your parcel on arrival, PRIOR TO SIGNING. Claims cannot be made for goods which have been signed for.
• We can combine shipping on multiple items, however ask a question first, as the combined shipping will depend on the size/weight of the other items.
• You are welcome to pickup your items from our store Giftware & Engravers in NAPIER.
