An old stone bottle or clay bottle that has what looks like Grosvenor stamped into the side. There was a bottle or stone bottle clay bottle maker Grosvenor in the late 1800s - early 1900s in Glasgow. This is probably one of theirs. (but as I do not know it is sold as is) Helpful watcher says its a stout bottle tongs2 (thanks) In reasonably good condition. has a small chip & crack at the lip, but it is fairly minor I think. And there is a graze piece on the side. Apart from that I think it looks quite good. Do not know the volume, so just compare to something else you have. has a number stamped into it under the Grosvenor, but I can not make it out, 12 or 22 ?? measures approx 220mm high x 75mm wide at the base. Thanks. refN15392199D
