For offer is an early Hamilton Torpedo bottle as seen. Very crude and heavy. This company is embossed on the bottle W M Butement Christchurch. Dates very early from 1860s-70 . Butement also had a branch in Dunedin but have seen more of the dunedin bottles that Chrustchurch ones,so this one would be uncommon, scarce. There's an interesting story behind where I found this bottle so will let the buyer know when they purchase. Condition is not too bad considering the age,there's some chipping in the top which possibly could be polished out but doesn't really detract as it has a cork in it. Light cloud patch in aeras.
