Our items are professionally packed and are sent with tracked courier, I do allow combined postage for items up to a week apart for no extra charge, just let me know please. If you intend on buying large quantities of big items, there may be an extra courier charge quoted at the time to cover all the items. Do give the couriers a couple of working days, they aim for overnight deliveries but can be delayed due to various reasons. If parcel has not arrived within 3 working days of being sent get in touch with me and we can sort it out.

In the case of a lost parcel, the compensation will not be paid until the courier company have deemed it a lost parcel and covered the amount for which it was worth. Some of my auctions will not be covered in this case for insurance - these auctions will say if they are not covered for various reasons, this means it is buyers risk if parcel goes missing as no compensation will be paid from the courier company. Otherwise all auctions will be covered.
