Our items are professionally packed and are sent with tracked Signature courier, we do allow combined postage for items up to a week apart for no extra charge. If you intend on buying large quantities of items, there may be an extra courier charge quoted at the time to cover these. Give couriers at least of working days, they aim for overnight deliveries but can be delayed due to various reasons. If parcel has not arrived within 3 working days of being sent get in contact and we can sort it out. In the case of a lost parcel, the compensation will not be paid until the courier company have deemed it a lost parcel and covered the amount for which it was worth. If any item is not as described, we are happy to offer a refund on the purchase price.
