Rare Millefiori Mosaic pendant - heart shaped, with four drop pendants attached on each side - very, very finely detailed flowers made in Millefiori mosaic technique - made around the 1930's - all on original brass chain, rare and very much sought after collectors piece the pendant is in very good condition, has nice patina - hardly worn and therefore no damage, no faults on length including drops.
