This cutlass was made by some S. Harris, not a clue who that is, maybe someone else knows, as you can see in the photo made in 1993, a project evidently.

Overall 630mm long, blade is 4mm thick, quite heavy and 485mm long.
Weighs a touch under 1200 grams.

Has a really cool brass hilt no movement at all so the workmanship is very good, and
a leather wrapped grip.

I spent quite some time getting the edge to a nice cutting state. Many bottles have been slain in the process :D

The scabbard appears to have been made to protect the blade, and not for carrying, as it hasn't been slimmed down as much as it easily could be. Please click here to ask a question
