This work is a beautiful bronze sculpture in the Dutch colonial style of a girl whispering into a boy's ear by Julius Schmidt-Felling. The statue is mounted on a marble base.

Julius Paul Schmidt Felling was a German sculptor who worked in the mid-to-late 19th century and early 20th century. His work is signed Schmidt-Felling as you can see in the picture.
