This is a Antique Rio Grand Gasoline/Moptor Oil Advertising sewing kit.

The top is a brass thimble.

Inside Contains a spool for 2 threads - there is no thread left. Down the middle of the spool is a needle case. You take the top off and inside you store needles and pins.

There is around 2" long.

Great pice of American history.

Its a gorgeous little bullet shaped sewing or mending kit, perfect for anyone who needs to fix things on the go, or for any collector of vintage sewing knick knacks! This would make an excellent gift.
