This is an auction for a TELECOM PHONECARDS folder.

It is the 1995 "PASSPOT" FOLDER, containing phonecards to be released at phonecard fairs in:

• Singapore - a $5 and a $20 card
• Masstricht (Netherlands) - a $5 and a $50 card

and

• Cologne (Germany) - a $5 and a $50 card

2000 folders were issued, with the $20 card and the two $50 cards available in the folder only.

I'm not sure what the issue price of the folder was but given that the face value of the six phonecards was $135 it was probably about $160.

This folder and its contents are in new condition.
