This vintage New Zealand 1940 Silver Fern Tie Pin looks to be made by Stratton Imitation of England of silver or chrome metal plate with black enamel plate, it measures 70mm long has light tarnish with fine metal rust specks so will need a polish with brasso. The black enamel plate is scuffed easy to retouch and has a solder adhesion to the rear, of course not seen from the front.
