Vintage Blacksmiths Forge Anvil

These don’t come into the market very often

British made Peter Wright identified firstly by the step on the feet, then you can make out the name in the side on photos.

Has the numbers 1 2 6 stamped on it.

Square hardy hole in the top is 25 mm square inside and 30 mm outside

Condition as pictured

1 2 6 equates to - A trade me member advises me from the markings the anvil should be 174 pounds which is approximately 79 kg

Anvil dimensions are 655 mm long x 260 mm wide at widest point x 300 mm high
