Natures Art

Petrified wood (possibly Totara) recovered from Leeston, Canterbury farm by Kerry Norriss. Totara was the most common wood on Banks Peninsula pre- colonization.

Wood has been aged eighty plus years in swamp water. Shaped, treated and mounted onto a metal base by the artist.

No two pieces are alike. Very limited numbers available due to rarity of wood.

Sculpture is 640mm high, 570mm across curved wooden face. Metal base is 280mm x 400mm.

Look very natural. Ideal for new homes and
villas alike.

Signed/ branded KBN by the artist at back.
