I am unfamiliar with the F.E. monogram signiature and have been advised it MAY be F.E.Nairn. However the buyer is advised to do their own due diligence on this item and it is priced accordingly low to reflect my lack of knowledge... ie it is priced as a nice oil painting without taking into consideration the artists identity as I am unable to verify artists correct name.

Pick up in person is fine but payment must be showing in my account before collection is arranged. Please DO NOT BID on my auctions if you are going to insist on payment by cash at my home- it aint gonna happen.
