A neat original New Zealand oil painting of Purakaunui Falls, Otago by Shirley Riley as per photos. (except that camera flash can change colours & shades etc and make things look brighter & better than they really are) I think it looks really quite neat and I think the painting looks quite well done. Its a good painting and I think it is basically quite fine. It is not glassed. The frame has some wear & usage marks, scrapes & bangs & anything else you want to think of etc, but again, reasonably quite ok and livable for its age etc etc.The frame looks to be wooden ??, and measures approx 365mm x 270mm oddish. (inside of the frame is approx 290mm odd x 195mm odd) What you can actually see of the painting itself is approx 290mm odd x 195mm odd, so its a good size, not large and not small either. Measurements are given, so compare those measurements with something you already have to give you a good idea of size. There are a number of photos, hopefully enough, to try & give a good indication of state and condition etc, and to help you decide its value to you & its suitability to your use or purpose, whatever that may be. So PLEASE, use those photos to help you see & gauge its faults, condition and other things you may want to know. And if not sure, ask a question !!!! We allow pickups, but if you do not want to pickup, then we can send for you, on your behalf, at your risk. Couriers & PO etc do not cover art, antiques, collectables & heaps of other things so is sent entirely at your risk.
