A neat antique painting of a farm scene with a barn or house. (I take it to be an oil) It is signed, but I can not make out the signature. It has the signature & a date of 1912. It does look quite neat & well done. I guess it has been reframed in its life ? It is glassed. Frame measures approx 470mm x 300mm and what you can actually see of the painting is approx 300mm x 150mm. To me, the painting looks fine, the green card that surrounds it is ok, has a crease & small marks etc, and frame has marks & grazes etc, but all quite liveable. Great for someone who just likes the painting, or better, who knows who the artist is. Thanks. refN30586205
