A quite neat Whale Island From Ohope by Wal Fisher 1982 original art work using Alpaca Wool ??? as per photos. (except that camera flash can change colours & shades etc & make things look brighter & better than they really are) Quite a neat and very different piece I think. It looks quite well done. I was told it was alpaca wool, but I do not actually know myself, so could be wrong (so only bid or buy if what type of wool it is does not matter to you) It is framed & glassed. The wooden frame looks quite neat, but does have a number of scratches, bangs & wear etc, but to me, still livable. Looks like the glass may be the non reflective type ? I am guessing. The frame measures approx 680mm x 525mm odd. What you can actually see of the art work itself is approx 595mm x 445mm odd. . Measurements are given, so please use those & compare them to something else you own to give you a good idea of size. There's a number of photos, hopefully enough, to try & give a good indication of state & condition etc, & to help you decide its value & suitability to your use, whatever that may be. So PLEASE, use those photos to help you see & gauge its faults, condition and other things you may want to know. And if not sure, ask a question !!!! (some people buy to use, some for display, some for props in a play, some for use as plant holders or whatever etc etc). We allow pickups, but if you do not want to pickup, then we can send for you, on your behalf, at your risk.
