Description
This is an original Pen & Ink painting on imported watercolour paper. Framed in a 10x8 (294x240 mm) Black frame with White (black core) mat board.
The artist is Neville Parker. This is not a print but a one off original.
this work is titled "It happened one night"
We live in a rural area and I often wondered just why the cats wanted to go out at night and what it was they did. Turns out the sheep have some pretty odd rabbits when the sun goes down and the cats love a good stacking. Here we witness the whole neighbour hoods cats turning up to see a 3 stack underway. Those crazy sheep will never fail to impress!
Pen and inks should be treated as you would a watercolour painting. Avoid hanging in full sun as the colours may fade. Clean with a soft cloth. The frame is 80% recycled material and where possible we support environmentally friendly products... it keeps the sheeps hills greener.
All paintings are one offs but sometimes the artist gets on a roll with an idea and has no option but to keep on exploring the idea so he can see where the subjects involved take him.
Please feel free to ask any questions in the appropriate section and one of the critters will get back to you after their nap time.
