A large neat looking painting signed Murphy of two people waiting fro a train at the Otahuhu train station. Looks quite neat & retro. I think it is quite well done. I think its an oil, but could be wrong, and it could be an acrylic, so although listed under oil, only bid or buy if it does not matter to you, if it is an oil or an acrylic. (& if I listed under acrylic, it would still be wrong if it is an oil) Looks to be in a good wooden frame, the retro type with the sloping sides. Either oak or stained mahogany or a similar hardwood. Frame has some minor bangs and grazes from time, but is basically fine. Painting itself is good, odd minor mark or such, but basically fine. It is done on board. It is not glassed. Frame measures approx 880mm x 730mm. What you can actually see of the apinting is approx 745mm x 600mm. Great moody original piece of New Zealand art. Thanks. refN31643200
