This is print 12/50, professionally framed under glass, ready to hang. It is signed but I cannot read the signature. It looks like the initials are CHC. Please post on this listing if you know the artist.

It is hard to see the detail in the photo so here is a brief description. Semi abstract. From top left clockwise - rowers, background vertical lines (bit like a bar code), plants with a graph superimposed, stylised speedometer.
