Returns Policy:

1 - All goods that have been damaged in transit from our supplier to the end customer or from Canvas Warehouse Head Office (Christchurch) to the customer will result in the following;
2 - The customer will be issued a full refund or offered a replacement print at no extra charge.
3 - Should a customer receive the wrong item or they are unhappy with the quality of the products, we will send the customer a pre-paid courier ticket to apply to the goods for return to Canvas Warehouse head office (Christchurch). A choice between a full refund or replacement is at the full discretion of the customer
