We are a small, family operated business. We believe in responsible consuming. Prolonging the usage of the goods saves our planet’s resources so we sell secondhand items at affordable prices. All our goods are sourced through trade, we do not resell donations or charity.

1. Payment is expected within 3 working days of the close of auction. Please, allow 1-3 day to clear your payment.
2. Pick up is expected within 7 days of winning the auction by arrangement. No pick ups after 7pm on working days please. Pick up on weekend is by arrangement only.
3. We ship on working days excluding weekends and public holidays by NZ Courier Post and Aramex.
4. You can choose not to proceed with the trade when you come to pick up if you don’t like the item - no offence from us.
5. We do our best to describe goods accurately but slips/ mistakes sometimes happen. We will offer a solution to settle the issue when our description is wrong if you contact us within three days of receiving your parcel.
6. We don’t know the previous history of goods so we are not able to answer questions like “how old is it” , “where was it bought”, “how many times has it been used’’.
