What can I say !! The speights 5 malt ice cream is a winner !! The game and fish recipes in here are simply stunning . not overly complicated but with good earthy tastes and especially good fare for winter . If you like to catch or shoot your dinner you will enjoy owning this book.( and having a few new ideas how to cook that venison) The spicy duck recipe is a bit of all right too.
The puds are a whole rave in themselves !!! The sticky date pudding , Roxburgh rhubarb cake and the Dunstan chocolate cake with choc saucel have become firm family staples !! Great hearty cowboy and cowgirl food !!
This book is in excellent condition as this one was at the Bach and not used as much . Covered in a plastic sleeve for the messier cooks amongst us . Sells elsewhere for $35.00 new
